How to reserve multiple rooms?Sorry that our booking engine does not support multi-room booking yet, but you could contact us directly via WhatsApp at 0108988901 to book with us directly with a special rate! Once the reservation is done, our team will send you a payment link and you could make payment directly.
Can I transfer to other hotel branch after the reservation is made?Yes, we are able to transfer your booking to other branches. If room rates are different, hotel will collect the difference from guest. *All booking transfers depends on the rooms availability of the requested branch.
Can I get refund if I want to cancel my booking?Cancellation Policy of De UPTOWN Hotel > Room with promotion (Voucher or any kind of discounts) are non-refundable. > Room cancellation 3 days prior arrival date, no penalty will be charged > Room cancellation within 3 days, first night will be charged (All refund processing fee will be charged by service provider "Stripes".) For online booking guest, payment will be refund via Stripes to the payment card, refund process may take up to 14 working days. For guest booked via third party websites (Agoda, Booking.com and etc), please contact to the respective websites for refund procedure. For other payment method guest, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for information.
